• Document Data: PDF and EPUB files you upload for translation. Crucially, we do not store your original documents permanently. Documents are stored in temporary secure storage and are automatically deleted after the retention period defined in your plan (e.g., 7-180 days).
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service, including processing logs and feature usage.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain our AI translation and parsing services.
• Process your payments via our authorized payment processor, LemonSqueezy.
• Improve our AI models and user experience (using anonymized metadata only).
• Send critical system notifications and support responses.

4. Data Security & Storage

Your documents are processed using state-of-the-art encryption. We use industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access. Our servers are located in Singapore to ensure high performance and compliance with international standards.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party providers:

• LemonSqueezy: For secure payment processing and tax compliance.
• Modal.com: For high-performance GPU-accelerated PDF parsing.
• Anthropic/Google/OpenAI: Our AI engines for document translation. Your data is sent to these providers via secure APIs and is not used by them for model training (per our enterprise agreements).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your uploaded documents at any time via your dashboard, which will permanently remove them from our storage immediately.
